Who is CYconnect?
CYconnect was founded by Cindy and Yelena in 2019.
After working in the mental health & disability sectors for over a decade, experiencing both challenges and opportunities that came with the introduction of the NDIS,
we decided it was time to combine our skills & passion for making a difference in a shared venture.

Our qualifications and experience combined with a desire to facilitate positive change is what sets us apart in the NDIS world and we are proud of having established an amazing team that fully shares our values.

Meet the Team!
Cindy is one of the Co-Director's of CYconnect.

After completing her degrees in Business Management and Psychology, Cindy focused on supporting people in community mental health settings to then transition to working in intensive case management for CALD community members.
Cindy currently delivers Psychosocial Recovery Coaching and Support Coordination services.

When Cindy is not busy support coordinating, you will find her on her paddleboard exploring the lakes & creeks around Brisbane with her rescue dog Willow by her side.

Yelena is the other Co-Director of CYconnect.

After finishing her Bachelor's degree in Germany, Yelena supported young adults in psychiatric settings for 5 years, until she decided to migrate to Australia to complete her Master's degree in Social Work.
Since then, Yelena has mainly been working in community mental health and NDIS supports.
Yelena delivers Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination services.
Further to that, Yelena is CBT certified and delivers 1:1 therapeutic supports.
